ONLINE CLASSES

All exercise sessions are low impact working to a good intensity. They are a combination of aerobics, resistance , abdominal , flexibility and stretching exercises.

Be Fit to move at any age.

Wake Up Call  (Monday/Friday 7.00am – 45mins)

This online class is low impact but will have you working to a good intensity. It includes aerobics,body resistance, abdominal work, flexibility and stretching. Start your day and energise your body with a 45 mins physical workout .

Kickstart Focus  (Tuesday/Friday 11.45am – 45mins)

Do you want to restart a fitness regime in the comfort of your own home? These sessions are for people who have not exercised for a while but want to kick-start a fitness regime.

Book one or two sessions a week.
Classes take place on Monday and Friday at 7am.

Price for 6 week course:
One session per week: €60.00
Two sessions per week: €100.00

This class will start at an easy pace and build you up to a good fitness level. Suitable for all levels of fitness restarting a fitness regime. Classes will be a combination of Cardio, Resistance, Abdominals, and Flexibility and Stretching.

All sessions are 45mins duration.

Book one or two sessions a week.
Classes take place on Monday and Friday at 10am.

Price for 6 week course:
One session per week: €60.00
Two sessions per week: €100.00

Weights Only (Monday/Thursday 12.00pm – 45 mins)

Did you know from the age of 20 we lose a half pound of muscle every year if you do not exercise. This affects your metabolic rate and can drastically lead to unwanted weight.

Weights Only Sessions
Do you want to learn to use weights safely and effectively? Step by step tuition building a weights programme.

This class will teach you to use weights with confidence as part of your workout. Weights helps build muscle for a stronger leaner body. It helps with the prevention of osteoporosis. Muscle increases metabolism and helps with weight loss.

(This online class will require you to have access to weights)

Chair Aerobics (Monday/Wednesday 2.00pm – 40mins)

Do you have mobility Challenges? No problem. Even though you’re seated you can do great workouts and challenge yourself.

Get aerobically fit, work your muscles to increase your lean body mass, and improve your flexibility. 40 mins of great workout.

Book one or two sessions a week.
Classes take place on Monday and Wednesday at 11.30am.

Price for 6 week course:
One session per week: €60.00
Two sessions per week: €115.00

All sessions are 40mins duration.

Two weekly classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 12pm.

Price for 6 week course:
Two sessions per week: €115.00

All sessions are 45mins duration.

Dance Classes (Tuesday 8.00pm)

Learn to waltz, jive quickstep and cha cha.
Dance classes are fun way to exercise. Move your body, get a workout, and learn how to dance all at the same time.

 

Beginner 6 week course.
Classes take place on Tuesday at 8pm.

 

Price for 6 week course:
One session per week: €60

All sessions are 1 hour duration.

How do online fitness classes work?

Online fitness classes allow you to get a great workout in the comfort of your own home. Each class is designed to focus on a particular aspect of fitness, be it flexibility, cardio, muscle strength, etc., and there are classes to suit all abilities. All of our online classes take place via Zoom. Once you sign up for a class you will be emailed an invitation link.

Do I need any equipment?

Our online workout classes are designed to suit people of all ages and abilities. As such, the majority of our classes involve bodyweight exercises. Unless otherwise stated, the only equipment you will need is yourself and a positive attitude. If you any questions or concerns about access to equipment then please get in touch.

How do I sign up for a class?

Signing up for a class with Body Focus BFit is easy. Simply book your chosen class online, fill out the necessary consent form and you will receive your zoom link. Each online class is a 6 week course. Once the 6 weeks is up you can book in again for another training session. If you want to sign up for multiple classes then please get in touch with us directly.
