Enda O' Flaherty is a certified personal trainer with over 20 years experience in the fitness business.

Enda trained with the N.C.E.F. qualifying as a physical fitness instructor in 1997, a personal trainer in 1999, and aspecialist resistance trainer in 2004. She's a trained weight management advisor helping clients to make changes to their lifestyle through fitness and a balanced eating plan.

Enda is also a trained dance teacher. She teaches Ballroom/Latin dance to adults. Dance is a great way to exercise, is suitable for all age groups, and is a fun way to get fit. Join an online dance class with Enda and learn step by step to jive, cha-cha,  waltz, quickstep, and lots more.

What services do you provide as a personal trainer?

As a certified and experienced personal trainer we offer a variety of services including online fitness classes, one-to-one training in our private gym, and nutritional advice and eating plans. Our training courses have been created to work for people of ages and fitness abilities.

 

What kind of clients do you work with?

Here at Body Focus BFit, we work with a wide variety of clients, from beginners to athletes. While we do work with clients of all ages and ability, we love to work with older clients, or people who have not worked out in years. We are passionate in our belief that fitness is a life long journey and that no matter your age or ability you can live a heathier lifestyle by incorporating regular exercise.

How can I prepare for my PT sessions?

Before undertaking any online class or personal training session with Enda you will need to fill out a consent form. If you are restarting your fitness journey after a period of time or have medical conditions then we recommend you consult your doctor before undertaking a new fitness programme. Let us know of any limitations you have or what you want to focus on in your routine so we can create an appropriate exercise plan for you.
